PU foam with tinted polyester resin for a more traditional look and feel. The glass job is a bit heavier and the color tint gives the board a decisively retro futuristic character. Available in a wide range of proven sizes approved by our team. Custom sizes available with consultation. Comes with Meyerhoffer 8.5″ Flex Fin by Futures.

Epoxy Pro Stock Size

PU foam with clear epoxy resin for a lively flex pattern and excellent durability. Available in a range of stock sizes only. Made in Thailand by GSI. Comes with 8.5” Meyerhoffer Flex Fin by Futures and a free custom designed board bag for the board.

01 Deep concave and snub nose with straight rails for effortless nose riding

02 Wide point moved back in between your feet for quick response

03 Concave tail outline for hold and speed

04 Side cut in front half of board takes away material where you don’t need it and shortens the effective rail in the water which result in smaller wet surface = more speed and agility.

“In terms of design, this third generation of the Meyerhoffer XYZ is minimalist because everything is stripped back to pure functionality, creating a wonderful aesthetic. The back area is shaped around an egg template. This allows a tighter turning arc. The waist is what particularly makes it feel unique; the purpose here is to reduce volume where you don’t need it. This also makes the board easier to paddle, as the arms do not need to be extended as much as on a regular board.
This shortboard-in-a-longboard design cuts through the nonsense that the short and long of surfing will never meet. Meyerhoffer’s genius has produced a marriage of the best in board shapes.
